1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain EU regions) to use Peeps World. By using the Service, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You may not impersonate another person or create multiple fraudulent accounts.

3. Voice Content & User Submissions

Peeps World allows users to upload voice recordings and other content ("User Content"). By posting content, you retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, and display the content solely for operating and improving the Service.

• You are fully responsible for your content.
• You must not upload illegal, defamatory, abusive, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• You must not violate the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property.

4. Anonymous Posting

Peeps World may allow anonymous or pseudonymous voice posting. However, abuse of anonymity for harassment, threats, illegal activity, or harmful conduct will result in account suspension or termination.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Harassment, threats, or hate speech
• Uploading illegal or explicit content
• Spamming or automated scraping
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the Service
• Impersonation or fraud
• Using the Service for unlawful purposes

6. Location & Microphone Access

Peeps World requires access to your device microphone for voice recordings and may request access to your location to display voice posts on a map. You may revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings, but some features may not function properly.

7. Content Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to review, remove, restrict, or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, with or without notice.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in harmful or illegal behavior.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, and platform features (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of Peeps World and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of third parties.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Peeps World is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peeps World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peeps World and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. International Use

You agree that your data may be processed and stored in countries outside of your residence, subject to applicable data protection laws.
